About Potter Heating and Air Conditioning & Perrone Plumbing Services

Founded by Homer Potter in 1944, Potter Heating & Air Conditioning began as a one-man operation based out of Fayetteville. Over the years, the company grew in size and relocated several times. In 1981, after having successfully run the business for 37 years and with failing health, Homer sold the business to M. Suzanne and David Kondra. Homer remained active in the business until his death in 1986.

For much of its history, Potter Heating & Air Conditioning has installed the Bryant line of quality HVAC products and over the years, has become one of Bryant’s premier dealers.

In addition to installing quality equipment, Potter also fabricates much of the ductwork used in its installations. This customization results in a much neater and tighter finished product that promises years of reliability and durability with improved efficiencies and comfort levels for all occupants of the space.

Founded by John Perrone in 1954, Perrone Plumbing Services began in the City of Syracuse. Over the years, the company grew in size and relocated several times. In 1986, John sold the business to M. Suzanne and David Kondra. John remained active in the business into the nineties.

Under the steady guidance of Suzanne and David, the companies have continued to grow both in number of employees and volume of business. In 2012, David retired from both businesses and Suzanne Kondra-DeFuria assumed full ownership of the companies.
