History Of Potter Heating and Air Conditioning
Founded by Homer Potter in 1944, Potter Heating & Air Conditioning began as a one-person operation based out of Fayetteville. Over the years, the company grew in size and relocated several times. In 1981, after successfully running the business for 37 years and with failing health, Homer sold the business to M. Suzanne and David Kondra. Homer remained active in the business until his death in 1986.
History of Perrone Plumbing
Founded by John Perrone in 1954, Perrone Plumbing Services began in the City of Syracuse. Over the years, the company grew in size and relocated several times. In 1986, John sold the business to M. Suzanne and David Kondra. John remained active in the business into the nineties.
Under the steady guidance of Suzanne and David, the companies have continued to grow both in the number of employees and volume of business. In 2012, David retired from both businesses, and Suzanne Kondra-DeFuria assumed full ownership of the companies.
